- Do I need an account?
- No for the diagnostic core — search any Solo/Duo profile with enough games. Claim your profile (RSO) to save Progress and receive rank-up email.
- Can I cancel Pro anytime?
- Yes — monthly or annual subscriptions cancel at period end. No lock-in beyond the current billing cycle.
- Refunds?
- EU consumers get statutory withdrawal rights where applicable. Annual plans follow the same refund policy documented at checkout.
- Why is Compare & Live free?
- They are social and in-game tools — not the Pro wedge. NXL sells measurable ranked improvement, not gating the diagnostic core.
- What does Pro pay for?
- Pro features plus support for NXL — calibration pipeline, coaching quality, and infrastructure. The diagnostic core stays free.
- Is there a Founder plan on this page?
- No — early beta supporters may receive a founder perk (3 free Pro months and 20% off for life) by direct invitation only. It is applied on your account at checkout, not via a public plan card.
