By accessing or using NXL App you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

NXL App provides statistical coaching analytics for League of Legends ranked Solo/Duo games. Nex Score and GPI are comparative coaching metrics — not an official rank, MMR, or guarantee of future results. AI coaching (Coach) is generated from your data and may be incomplete or inaccurate; always verify advice in-game.

Features may change during beta. We may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.

You must meet Riot Games' age requirements for League of Legends in your region. If you are under the age required to consent to online services in your country, you may use NXL App only with a parent or guardian's permission.

You are responsible for compliance with Riot's Terms of Service when using their data through NXL App.

You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. You may delete your account when signed in (with password confirmation) or by contacting [email protected].

Riot Sign-On (RSO): linking your Riot account proves you control that profile. You may link only profiles you own. Misrepresenting ownership may result in suspension. Unlinking or deleting your NXL account removes the link in our systems.

NXL Pro is an optional paid subscription processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in EUR on the pricing page; applicable VAT may be calculated at checkout for EU consumers (Stripe Tax).

• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal — access continues until the end of the current paid period. Cancellation does not retroactively refund the current period unless required by law.
• EU right of withdrawal: consumers in the EU may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. If you start using Pro immediately and explicitly consent at checkout, you acknowledge that the digital service begins before the withdrawal period ends and that your right may be limited as permitted by law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)).
• Refunds: except where mandatory law applies, fees already paid are non-refundable once the billing period has started. Charge disputes should first be raised with us; Stripe handles payment disputes under its own policies.
• Founder or promotional discounts apply only under the conditions shown at checkout and may be withdrawn for future purchases.

• Do not abuse the API, scrape NXL, or attempt to bypass rate limits.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, harassment, or cheating tools.
• Do not misrepresent NXL App as an official Riot product.
• Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or linked profiles.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service.

NXL App, its branding, and original content are owned by The operator of NXL App or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal, non-commercial coaching purposes.

You may not copy, resell, or create derivative commercial products from our analytics, baselines, or Coach output without written permission.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of uninterrupted access, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The operator of NXL App is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of LP, rank, or in-game decisions based on analytics or AI output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection law.

NXL App is not endorsed by Riot Games. League of Legends and Riot Games are trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. Use of Riot data is subject to the Riot Developer Portal and Riot Terms of Service.

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or security changes. The "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page will change. Material changes may be highlighted on the site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you benefit from mandatory protections of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence or in France.
